Educational Qualifications:
The applicants should posses qualification of 10th class or ITI or its equivalent.Candidates who are appearing or waiting results of final examination of 10th / ITI or equivalent on the dateof applicaion are not eligible to apply.
Age Limit:
minimum of 18 years and maximum of 33 years as on 01.01.2014. Age relaxation by 5 years for SC/ST and by 3 years for OBC and for more age relaxation details please refer below attached notification.
Application Fee:
Rs. 100/- for UR and OBC candidates. Reserved category candidate no need to pay any application fee.The Examination fee should be paid only in the form of IPO from any Post Office drawn in favour of Asst.Personnel Officer/Rectt/SWR/UBL and payable at HUBLI. Validity of IPO should not be less than six months.
Selection Procedure:
The selecation procedure contains two stages. At stage-I the applicants will go for written examination and in stage-II the selected candidates will be intimated for Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Medical Examination.

- Fill the application care fully with given instructions
- Enclose the prescribed certificates on the top of the envelpoe you should be clearly been written “APPLICATION FOR ERSTWHILE GROUP-D POSTS-GRADE PAY Rs.1800/--”, EMPLOYMENT NOTICE NO. 02/2013.
- Finally send the application to "Assistant Personnel officer/Recruitment, Railway Recruitment Cell, Hubli"
