Educational Qualifications:
The applicants should have minimum of 10th class pass or ITI or its equivalent at the time of applying. The candidates having higher secondary educational qualification can also apply.
Age Limit:
18 - 33 years for UR category candidates
18 - 36 years for OBC category candidates
18 - 38 years for SC/ST reserved category candidates
Examination Fee:
The applicants should pay Rs. 100/- as application fee . The candidate applying online after registering the application online can take print out of challan and remit the examination fee in any branch of SBI or Indian Bank or in post offices.
The candidates who are applying manually the application fee should be paid in the form of demand draft from any bank in the favour of " Assistant personnel officer/ recruitment ,RRC,Chennai - 600 008" and payable at Chennai.
**NOTE** the fee concession for reserved category candidates will be applicable.
Selection Procedure:
The recruitment process consists of a Written Examination. There will be negative marking in this written exam . Physical Efficiency Test and Medical Examination.
